Internationally acclaimed celebrity impersonator and SAG actor Joe Posa has made a name for himself in show business. He began his career in musical theater and was cast in the international touring company of “West Side Story”. In 1993 Joe became a cast member of “An Evening at La Cage” in NYC where he portrayed Barbra Streisand and Liza Minnelli. He was then cast in other revues in Aruba and St. Martin adding Gloria Estefan and Michael Jackson to his repertoire. On television, he portrayed Susan Lucci’s character Erica Kane alongside her on “All My Children”, as well as Tina Fey’s character Liz Lemon with her on “30 Rock”. He then added Joan Rivers to his act and the rest is history.

Joe has appeared alongside Ms. Rivers on multiple occasions! He was called by Joan her “favorite Joan Rivers Impersonator”. He took his act on the road and often times shared the stage with Tony Tripoli. Tony was Joan’s head comedy writer and co-executive producer of “Fashion Police” as well as Joan’s opening act.

Since Ms. Rivers’ passing in 2014, Joe has been keeping Joan’s memory alive by recreating the comic genius’s act in venues around the world.
